For its Awards Program be approved it should make a nice design, respect for copyrights, a privacy policy and ease of navigation and reading, should still adhere to the following rules:

1. The sites/programs should deliver content that is safe for the whole family, particularly children.

2. All links, both internal and external, must be active.

3. If the site/program has music background, must have a control to disable it, and has a flash presentation, must have a link to "jump it."

4. The site/program should not show pages "Under construction" is preferable that the responsible end changes and only then make the request for listing.

5. We welcome sites/programs in all languages, but with greater ease approve sites in Portuguese, it is desirable that the sites in other languages have a version in Portuguese or a translator.

6. Only the (a) awardmaster /awardmistress or responsible for the site could make the request, and more than 16 years of age.

7. The awards program must submit at least six separate pages, dedicated to the purposes (or home), criteria (or regulation), evaluators (those who believe the sites), offered awards, page request (with the request form awards) and winners (preferably separated by year and category of award).

8. The pages long, should have links to the top.

9. The awards offered may not, under any circumstances, contain addresses (URL).
